Right of withdrawal

Upon delivery of products

1. When purchasing products, only if you are a consumer you have the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during seven days. This period commences on the day after the product was received by you and announced to Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG).
2. During this period you will treat the product and its packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, then you will return the product to Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG), with all associated components, and – in as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that were provided by Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG).

Upon delivery of services

1. When services are supplied, only if you are a consumer you have the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during seven days, starting from the day the contract was concluded.
2. In order to use this right of withdrawal, you will act in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) provided when the offer was made and/or upon delivery.

Costs in a case of withdrawal

1. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall remain responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
2. If you have paid a sum, Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) will refund this sum as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after the goods are returned or after the withdrawal.

Preclusion from right of withdrawal

Precluded from the right of withdrawal are products:

1. That have been created by Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
2. that are clearly of a personal nature;
3. that cannot be returned due to their nature;
4. that rapidly decay or become obsolete;
5. the price of which is subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) has no influence;

The contract

1. The contract will be concluded at the moment at which you accept the offer and the conditions, including the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
2. If you have accepted the offer electronically, Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) will immediately automatically confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically.
3. Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) may obtain information – within statutory frameworks – about your ability to fulfil your payment obligations, as well as facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of the distance contract. If that research gives Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) proper grounds for declining to conclude the contract, then Sailing Perfection | Equiplite Europe has a right, supported by reasons, to reject an order or application or to bind its implementation to special conditions.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

In regards to pricing, Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Equiplite Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. You are responsible for (the payment of) any VAT or other custom duties, import tax or levies, if applicable. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available at Payment & Pricing.

Shipping & Delivery

Indicated delivery times are without engagement, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Should a specific delivery time have been explicitly agreed upon, this will only be established provided that Equiplite & Sailing Perfection Technology Group (SPTG) can continue to work as foreseen when the offer was made and that the necessary materials are received in due time. Orders will be shipped by TNT's Express service unless a different method is requested. Items too large or too heavy to ship by TNT will be shipped by one of our standard trucking companies unless one is specifically requested. Shipping charges will be charged on your invoice. Items sent by truck may be sent freight collect if an account has not been established.
