SWIv GP

SWIv™ GP (Groovy Pin) for use of 360 Loops And Multiple Stran Ropes.

The SWIv™ GP is a one of a kind Swivel with the latest technologies. It is designed to make the best use of the fiber workloads and safest interface (connection) to all Lock strops in to the SWIv™. The SWIv™ GP is the most durable and safest connetor that retains its shape and can easily be opened up to breakload. Weight at the mast top is one of the biggest drawbacks in yacht performance. With the SWIv™ GP we have accomplished to make its high tensile alloy aluminum body 20% lighter the previous generation. Maximizes luff length.
Safety, ensures that the loop will never come off acciedentlly.

100%

Serviceable.
Carbon bearing, lower
friction, unmatched
durability.

Our most Powerful Interface.

The advantage of the Groovy-pin is that its controls the fibers so it will keep the same tension at all the fibers in every situation. The Groovy-pin™ can be used for multiple strand ropes like 360-loops and soft loops. And it can fit all the lock-strops of the bullet directly into the SWIv.

Ready for any interface. Maxizies luff length. Weight to strength ratio.

SWIv GP - BULLET

Fit all Locks Strops in to the swivel.

Because of the highest standards in materials used, in combination with the special Groovy-pin™ these lock bullet synthetic loop are dependable, save, light and durable till the extreme. The Technology significant and long term advantage of this core technology is the fact that there is no need for any termination or mechanical link to transfer the load from the 360 synthetic loop to the swivel. Whilst it can be supplied/attached as a "soft-loop", Groovy-pin™ are generally used to increase longevity and easy of interface. For use with 360 loop or multiple stand ropes were you can't accept compression.
