A security bolt or security pin does not fit on a synthetic sling, rope or shackle, so security needs to be redefined. And SYNthLOCkTM does this with the new synthetic lock for all applications. Our patterned design, approved by EKH – ISO 9001 – VCA, can now be implemented on all synthetic slings, chains and ropes for blocking/ securing movement. No big investments are needed, and workmen can continue to work with their familiar lifting materials.

ONE PRODUCT, TWO FUNCTIONS
SYNthLOCk™ has two different designs: one with a round protection ring and one with a hexagon protection ring. Both guarantee security of the highest level without compromising on functionality. The additional function of a SYNthLOCk™ with a hexagon protection ring is the ability to stand within three orientations i.e. 45, 90, and 135 degrees. This secures easy handling, better load distribution, and optimizes storage.

What is the protective cover made of?
The protective cover is made of Dyneema® use of the black in Black Dyneema® is integral to the fiber. It's not only on the surface, but runs all the ways through. The cover extends the life length and ensures the consistent quality and aesthetics of the Equiplite® loop.
